Location: I booked an outcall for this escort at my residence in Rugby.

Amount Paid:£550.00 via Bank Transfer.

So I paid this escort £550.00 via bank transfer for a booking on the 15/05/2020, I paid her upfront and via Bank transfer as she is a regular I've in the past and I couldn't (stupidly and lazily) be bothered to withdraw the amount from the bank as my withdrawal limit was only £300.00. She is someone I have paid upfront in the past (wont be doing again due to this nightmare) and the meet has gone accordingly.

This time, once I paid this escort £550.00 she proceeded to block my number effectively scamming me, I tried to contact her off different numbers which was met with the same result of a block.

I have lost £550.00 here due to my stupidity although I hope this post ensures this does not happen to anyone else with this escort and she should be avoided or treated with extreme caution. This obviously goes without saying but NEVER under no circumstances pay an escort upfront regardless of how familiar you have become with them. A shame really as generally I whole-heartedly the majority of escorts are reasonable law abiding people despite a few bad eggs.

Could you make it clear to her the reason why your cancelling whatever scheduled booking you had with her is because youve read up on the fact shes scammed a punter £550.00; maybe that will help her at least re think her actions.

Edit: Also its very bizarre... Why scam a service that you normally provide? especially to a high paying client... I am not buying a product of her literally she could of just came and now shes potentially ruined her entire service which is going to cost her A LOT more than £550.00 in the long run and short term. I guess she was the brightest tool in the box.

I just wanted to say, I totally believe your negative. But I think you are mad working right now during Covid19 as only the skanky ones will be working right now - as you've found.

I also think you are mad paying her £70 travel costs. The going rate is £20 for within a 10mile radius, and £10 extra for every extra 10 miles ontop of that. So for £70 on that rate you must live 60 miles from her....Or you paid way too much.

Yes you’ve been daft and unless you want to involve the police I’d say write the money off and move on. You could obviously afford to spend £550 on an escort so all you’ve actually lost is an overnight with a meth head.

Your review on here will do her a lot of damage, and like you said, will cost her more than the £550 in the long run.

Sorry Tcage, that's a very big chunk of change. As mentioned, she lost potentially years of your patronage as a client, and she lost many more bookings from others as her reputation is now soiled for years to come. Stupid move on her part.

Personally I've saved a lot of money over the past 2+ months while abstaining from punting, and with another 1-2 months of punting abstinence remaining, there will be more money to be saved. So just abstain from punting and you will recoup your losses over time. When you do punt again, continue reviewing to contribute to the community, and we'll do what we can to help you.

As for other members, do we need bigger warnings to tell people to never pay deposits, bank transfers, etc? And if people do pay, never more than cab fare and maybe a few quid for travel time. And if anyone requests an unreasonable deposit, that should be enough to put the potential scammer list. I've seen at least a few people get scammed like this within the past year.

she also needs to be careful with these sorts of scams, or she may find herself tied up in less pleasant scenarios, not everyone is an easy mark.

Really good advice and points. However, as with everything in life, it's not all as clear cut. We all learn from experience, and gratefully, so much more from this site.
Given the OPs previous history with her I don't think it was totally unreasonable. Hopefully the OP now knows better.

After they've scammed you they spin you a lie and get you to leave them positive feedback before scamming you again for another deposit. You'll find loads of second class idiots on dating sites, sending their entire savings to some scammer in Nigeria. Even a 1st class idiot thinks a 2nd class idiot is an idiot.
