Took a risk on this girl, who was down as in Hull.
She gave postcode as HU9 1QD.
Paid a £50 deposit for an hour’s session, which I knew was risky.
On arrivals, phone calls and texts not answered. Hang around for 30 mins total.
No excuse or apology, after at any time.
Definitely a con.
Name of bank account was Jamie Marsh.

I'd say you took more than the one risk. She does BB and has chosen to continue to work during the lockdown.
Leaving that aside there have been MANY tales of woe on this forum regarding the practice of paying advance deposits. It's invariably NOT a good idea.
There are plenty of women to choose from who don't ask for deposits. What will happen with this girl is that she'll be outed for bb outed for scamming change her AW details move to another area and continue scamming. You have lost a few quid maybe feel stupid for stumping up a deposit. Try to remember the way you are feeling now the next time you are tempted to pay a deposit to another WG.
