Like I've said on another thread, Green lights not being on doesn't necessarily mean a WG isn't working with regards to AW...

Having looked at GEA since lock down (not to punt as I'm abstaining) the same ones seem to have been working throughout, and the others have had N/A against their profile for that same duration...

Its going to be very difficult to cut the wheat from the chaff. For me i'm blacklisting if they show a contact number, although, if it's greenlight they may be trying to promote cam work.  :unknown:
Still very difficult to know whats what though given the nature of this industry

Can I ask a question, once the lockdown is over, are the SP who have been working a bigger danger than those who did not, if yes why?
I put my cards on the table, I think they should not be working and punters should not punt during the lockdown, it’s dangerous personally and for society.

It is a good question... The WGs I prefer to see seem to be taking time out according to their profiles, as am I...

If any of them weren't taking time out, would I see them after lock down...Who knows... Its all one saying in the heat of the moment what one may or may not do, but to play devil's advocate, until that time comes, can anyone definitively say... :unknown:

I see what you mean clatty, done a search not including online, found alot with online todat and number still showing. Could put money on them still working if you text them.
I understand some may need to work for financial reasons but for us punters, we should not be taking the risk. I as ive read most of us arent going to be, and those who do will never admit it on here.

There's 2 GEA girls I've seen a few times.

One has had herself removed from the site. The other seems to be working more than usual.

I won't be seeing the one that's worked through this again.

To my mind, if they'll work through this and risk themselves and punters, what else will they work through?

I don't want to find out. On the BL.

I can understand some girls being forced to return to work as it's their only source of income, but it's only been 3 weeks and if this is their only income they should have some savings tucked away at £100+ p/h

Im the same as boinky, if they are willing to risk this then what else are they willing to risk. Highly doubt ill be seeing the ones who work through this again, shame as one on GEA ive seen a few times now.

Once lock down is over both Punters and WGs alike will have to make a decision as to when they resume punting/Escorting... Just because lock down will end at one point doesn't mean there won't still be new cases/deaths still happening...Therefore there will still be risk involved, at least until a vaccine is found, whenever that may be...

China have ended their lock down but there are still new cases/deaths every other day, albeit very low in numbers (depending on how genuine they figures actually are)... It still doesn't really answer your question tbh, but in the heat of the moment and with emotions etc running high, I think between now and then opinions may, or may not, change,  therefore its open to interpretation... If we all, as a collective resume Punting/Escorting too soon we could all pose a certain danger and this virus will be a whole lot harder to eradicate... Its a fine balancing act...  :hi:

Well put Clatty, I'm there with the punting too soon to be honest, don't even know right now if I'll punt again this year it's too much of a hit or miss risk I fear.
My thinking is that SP's who have not worked will be hard at it trying to recover £ damage and that in itself to me poses a big risk until this virus is erradicated.
Would this mean that the not so smart SP's who have worked right through this are to be believed as greater risks? I think we all as individuals will have a few on our BL now.

Offline David1970

I am still not sure if I would punt with a SP who was worked through the lockdown
Pros of seeing them are
They have a better chance of getting the virus now, so now will be immune later on.
Them working now will not harm me after the lock down.
Cons of see them
If they risk this life threatening virus what else are they doing including BB and drugs
The moral question, they are putting others lives at risk including the sick, elderly and NHS staff, which is unacceptable.

Three weeks ago I had symptoms of CV... Started with a fever, followed by a dry cough, and my sense of taste went to a fair degree... I self isolated for 7 days but didn't get over it till about day 10...went back to work on day 13 after initial symptoms... That's not to say I've had it... Until the Antibody test, tried and tested comes out I won't know...

Does that mean I go back to punting as I may have a certain degree of immunity... No I won't be :timeout: The fact of the matter is I could still pass it on through touch so to me that is still too risky...

Everyone from WGs to punters can make their own decisions and deal with the consequences, it just won't be me, till I deem it safe again to resume...  :hi:

I thought that once you had the virus you were clear after 14 days and you were immune, seems I was wrong.

Any way it is wrong to punt in the present pandemic

Yes, if I've in fact had it I may be immune and not contract it again, but through being in contact with someone who has it, or something (a surface) could still pass it on through touch... Still have to abide by stringent handwashing etc...

The simple fact is
By protecting ourselves and acting with care and consideration
We are in turn protecting others
Be they the NHS, carers, essential services
Or others fellow humans with underlying symptoms.

With regards immunity the Chinese are getting a few what seems to be re-infection cases, but this assumes that it was Covid 19 the people had in the first place and not another flu type illness, as they were not testing when these people were first ill. Also they are getting what looks like being another spike in it, in the North East of the country, which appears to be in people returning from Russia where the info we are getting about the rate of infection etc. seems to leave a lot to be desired. Putin likes to portray all Russians as supermen who don't get ill.
Let's be careful out there!  :hi:

a few what seems to be re-infection cases,

You're right to say 'seems to be'.  Most of those reported so far are suspected to be initial misdiagnosis or faulty tests.

Eradicated? How is a virus ever eradicated?
The consensus seems to be that, like HIV, we shall have to live with Covid-19 for evermore. I gather that, unless a retro viral drug against Covid is developed, then vaccination will be our best option.
I’m seriously considering not punting again until I have been vaccinated, given that as I’m in my late sixties, I am in the higher risk category.
It might be quite a while before I punt since they have only just started human trials on a candidate vaccine in Seattle.
Or I might die of other causes while waiting.  :D

Maybe eradication is the ultimate, it's been done before, eradicating smallpox for example, ok so it's nirvana state we would all eventually like to see.
I'm no spring chicken and I too can't see me punting again until vaccinated at the very least, no guarantee that's going to happen any time soon, from what I was listening to today this usually takes up to 10years to develop after all the hoops the drug companies have to jump through for approval then go into production.
We have to live and hope though

Last month they had trails of a vaccine on humans in Vancouver, not quite sure what the out come was.

I do hope some results soon, the comments I was listening too was from glaxo, even though they Glaxo/AstraZeneca  maybe have a breakthrough with a cancer drug that might be ready by second half 2021 to boost survival chances.

Take anything just now as some sort of good news.

Farah not listed any more on the GEA site, she was on my to see list when this is over.

Shame, hopefully she might resurface in time.

Punting after lockdown will be more or less as risky as punting during lockdown, as we will come out of lockdown, with no vaccine ready, and just some advice about social distancing , handwashing etc. However its a reasonable assumption, that wgs working during lockdown, will be more likely to bareback, do drugs etc. But unless the wg is injecting , there is no health risk to her partner, that I am aware of. As for barebacking, we all rubber up. So in conclusion , logic would indicate that until the punter has been vaccinated, he will run a risk.

Well my logic may be faulty, but the general assumption is that some of the girls especially  if not exclusively the scots are working to keep themselves in drugs, and another assumption is that punting at the moment is dangerous for wg and client. Therefore if a wg is prepared to take a life changing risk, she might also have a more relaxed attitude to the practice of barebacking, also dangerous. If none of this makes sense happy to be put right.  we are on a punting forum, not being vivaed for an oxford 1st.

I agree to a point, not on the working to keep themselves in drugs part. I do agree with the logic that if they are prepared to put their life at risk during this pandemic, then where else are they prepared to risk their lives? Maybe not barebacking but if I know of any girl working during the lockdown, she is off my list of future punts.

You have literally no idea who is, and isn't, working during the lockdown; and in a year, or two years', time, you will have no recollection of the few names you suspected. You're kidding yourself.

Seems to be around 20 Roms working every day in Glasgow, and usually around a dozen or so other SP's, a mix of the same ones every day.

Only noticed one of my semi-regular girls working during the lockdown

Might the fact that numerous Roms are still offering their services (such as they are) give credence to the probability that they are being coerced by their pimps?
If so, the actions of the pimps is doubly reprehensible.
