Do you understand what prep does? it's primarily used by gay men to prevent HIV which is a viral infection. Viral infections like HIV, Herpes and Hepatitis can be controlled but not be completely cured.

Prep does nothing to prevent bacterial infections like Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Syphilis.
