How are people getting antibody tests when they are not available to the general public? This is very confusing. My understanding is that only the NHS nurses are getting antibody tests. Are you saying that if we go to an STI clinic they will give us an antibody test for COVID or do we need to sleep with a nurse or something to be eligible?

I used a Lloyds Online Pharmacy test which I did at home, but they seem to have run out now.

I'd do a bit of searching around to check out the veracity and reliability of any test first though. Earlier ones weren't reliable, and even later ones were subject to possible operator error if done at home. Although with the BUPA one it seems they take your blood for you.

If it is a prick test then it will be inaccurate. So are escorts all going to line up outside Bupa now? How do we know for sure that the BUPA test is accurate?

But your average Joe Public will frequently make a hash of what is basically a sound test. Statistically that will be true.

If the BUPA test is the same one I did, then it's intrinsically an accurate test, to 99% IIRC.
