Its tricky to tell which women dyed their hair blonde and which women's hair are genuine blonde. At least I can't tell. I believe there's a way - touch her hair. If you feel friction, the hair is dyed. If the hair feels smooth or soft, its real blonde.

Sorry to be pedantic, OP, but are you talking about their natural colour, or the colour it may have been dyed to?

One of the two retired Regulars with whom I'm still in contact was, in her working career, what my aged mother would disapprovingly have called "a bottle blonde". Last time I saw her socially, she'd dyed it a much more subtle hue closer to brunette.
