Neither one of those as far as I know. Do your know if you’ve been in touch with a carrier? Because a carrier by definition is someone who harbours the virus without showing symptoms. Like a lot of people I still have to work but practice Social distancing and avoid others completely when possible. When not working I am self isolating. In other words staying home driving the dog crazy and making no journeys.
That’s how I interpreted the guidance, if I’m wrong I’m sure you’ll let me know.
