Terraced house in a narrow residential road just outside the 'ring' road. Parking was easy in the road itself and there were plenty of other side roads for free parking.
The venue was clean, warm and well decorated. Bedroom and bathroom were both upstairs and clean. I only made use of the toilet and sink being freshly showered before I arrived. Soap and clean towels were available. There was another WG there who I believe Olivia tours with who I met and spoke with. Whether MFF is available I don't know.
