More Romanians arrested in Lancs for trafficking

"THREE Romanian nationals have appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with people trafficking after arrests were made on Tuesday.

Two men, Valentin Aurelian Ghelase, 35, of Fielden Street, Blackburn, and Marius Florian Serban, 38, of Castleton Road, Preston, and a woman, Mihaela-diana Barbieru, 31, of Romley Road, Luton, were all sent in custody to Preston Crown Court charged with arranging the travel of other persons to Lancashire to be exploited under the Modern Slavery legislation and controlling prostitution for gain. "

Thank you for the information. I do normally stay away from Romanian girls in any event after reading too many negative comments from other members. Also with the impending break from the EU I’m concerned the police will be intelligence gathering ready for a clear out early next year, I’ve no evidence for this just my paranoia but it has kept me risk free so far.
