Booked on AW three times over a two week period all confirmed by email and text and then cancelled by Bonnie on the day either by AW message or text:
 
First one: "I forgot I had something else on" - At least shes honest.
And: "I am home late and my car is at my friends" - OK now I don't believe you.
And my fave: "Someone has been sending threatening message so I cant travel alone."

I probably should have given up at #2 but her comms where always quick, polite and friendly.
