Just a note, I've just had to delete yet another 2 virus threads, if this continues I'm quite confident the topic will get banned. There have been enough warnings about it.

It is getting a bit too much on here now 😂 no toilet paper threads ? Maybe advice in what the best toilet rolls to go for in the current climate :) what you think mate ?😂

I think I've deleted 4 COVID threads since 12 o'clock and issued the last one to start one with a 7 day ban.

I've also tried my best to keep this on track and stop people posting crap that has nothing to do with it, however I can only do so much if crap keeps getting posted higher up than me will do something about it.

Don't blame me when it happens.

I've been out in public and gone to work. COV-19 is in my area so I'm at risk. I went shopping this morning first thing and it was fucking mental as everyone was queuing at the front door. The place was getting cleared out instantly. I suspect people expect a lockdown and have decided that a lockdown means being locked inside their homes for 2 week, thick bunch of cunts.

Offline signy

I tried to make a booking about a week ago for next weekend. The SP never replied, hasn't logged onto AW since and her profile has now gone. I suspect that she has either got the virus, is self-isolating or just playing safe. (She is otherwise well-reviewed and seems reliable).

Probably the best thing that could have happened as all manner of problems since and I would have probably cancelled myself. I am going to take a break until this is all over.

I'm putting a complete halt on punting for another few months as a result of this.

For what it's worth I'm not that concerned about COVID. I'm the the bracket of younger(ish) men with no underlying heath conditions, so I'll probably power through it.

I’m in the same boat due to my age I won’t be affected so badly health wise, but things are slowing down in certain industries, there is a lot of talks about job losses especially in my industry.

Its not financially sustainable to keep punting at the moment for some. Escorts are a luxury not necessity.

I’m out.

blatant bio weapon to use as an excuse to introduce more measures towards a global police state, or undermine any governments that the globalists aren't keen on. Just over a thousand cases out of nearly 70million pop and that's enough to call off all pro sport & ban "large crowds" ie any protests. They won't even finish off the football season behind closed doors. Pure MSM created hysteria.

I note that a GP who has made the news lately for catching the virus, Clare Gerada aka Lady Wessely is part of an cross-party internationalist movement called More United, a pro-EU, 'progressive' group.

What has got me hopping mad today is the Government is going to spend £4.8 million pound a day hiring 8,000 beds in private hospitals. This government got rid of 17,000 NHS beds since 2010 and bragged about it. Many of these companies like virgin health don't pay uk taxes either.

Its a bloody disgrace profiting from this virus a scandal that needs stopping now. I have contacted my MP and asked him who these companies are, I want yhem named and shamed so we can ALL  avoid them.

To be honest, f you weren't a mod I'd think you were a troll. I reckon you are unaligned with 99% of normal society if you cannot see difference between being in a crowd and being intimate with a lady who spends her day being intimate with others. But there's no point going back and forth.... do what you want. The pigheaded bit relates to the need or imperative to punt at this time. At least an escort could maybe say I've got kids to feed, got no choice. I'd say 99% of normal society would be baffled at your commitment to seeing an escort at this time. But as you say, we don't get it and have misunderstood the situation.
Honestly can’t stand self righteous pricks like this. 1) 99% have you done a survey? 2) we? Since when were you the voice of everyone.

Apologies for going back on topic, but read the regional threads: there's gonna be a lot of panic punting men ringing numbers of oriental parlours and shops that are not picking up the phone.  The London TCM thread has reported several well known shops closed until further notice.

Aren`t you a lucky boy then? If you`d been born 10 years earlier you`d have been able to experience all the pleasures of food rationing, sleeping in an air raid shelter every night, having the hell bombed out of your neighbourhood every night, Sex Workers only being available when they weren`t doing night shifts in the munition factories, all your male and unmarried female relatives being conscripted for either the armed services or other war work, blackout every night at dusk, no private cars on the roads.

Now it seems that everybody`s little world is coming to an end because they might not be able to punt for a few weeks.

I don't know about newspaper being rougher back then, but Bronco wasn't called wet & dry for nothing, those used to today's four ply deluxe quilted andrex impregnated with aloe vera would be in for a nasty shock.

The way the governments strategy is,, we are all gonna get it. so just get your end away and have fun.

i cant believe its here in uk. i remember reading about in in china in December and thought its local. they will contain it.

Now all of a sudden we have cases rising daily. Also remember we could have had this anytime from December to Feb. The media was not reporting and any person that had a temp/cough prob thought it was seasonal flu/cold. Yet it could have been covid 19 then.

The threat is more now. but looking at the news, china had this for three months and still got cases. can peple really last that long without punts and life in general. stay in isolation for 3 months. no thanks.

Im trying to line a punt up for this week.

Stuff of nightmares.   :scare: Clever invention though and probably made in the UK? I read today that Germany has ordered 10,000 extra new ventilators from a German medical equipment manufacturer.

Now all of a sudden we have cases rising daily.

I have always said, from day one, there should have been proper containment, as a country china should have been on lockdown, keep the virus there

But no people were allowed to travel, and we thought we won't be as bad as china, and people were traveling to Italy and soon we heard, regions in Italy are no go areas, as there was a high number of infections

People have traveled from italy, to the UK, some checked, some not, why allow travel

Now ask the 1800 families in Italy, or the 34 families in the UK who have lost loved ones, Im sure they will be angry at how things have been handled

Now my 94 year old mum in hospital, and we have been told one of the patient in the ward has the coronavirus, and if my mum becomes ill, dont expect her to survive      , and we wont be allowed to visit her

Kind of you, but misguided, I`m afraid. I`d already been bombed, blown up, buried and battered, lost part of my family, my home, and all my belongings, and both my parents badly injured and hospitalised (my father with a broken back), before you were even a twinkle in your father`s eye.  Sorry about your dad,s leg though.
But if you really remember your infancy at all and the horrors of the 1940s I`m surprised that you don`t share my concern at the lamentations  and grief here more in keeping with a National Disaster than the comparative triviality of the mere loss of a few weeks punting, which will all be made good and forgotten in 6 months time.

Good point GN!
I reported earlier that one of my regulars has closed down for the time being. Now I am hearing that another regular of mine has decided to stop, she said for a fortnight, but who knows. As yet I haven't come across a fbsm shop that won't take bookings. But after giving it some thought I cancelled an hour tomorrow, at a fbsm shop even though she is a cracking SP and always good VFM. She understood and said her bookings for next week were well down.

Yes, thanks for your hard work. I haven't read the whole thread, but what I have is interesting.  I'm relatively young and healthy but I won't be punting again till this is over. With punting I choose to take risks that may impact me. This covid 19 shit means my choice to punt "may" increase risk to others (relatives and friends) and I ain't doing that.  Even if they do end up getting it anyway, don't want to chance it could be down to my punting. Honestly can’t stand self righteous pricks like this. 1) 99% have you done a survey? 2) we? Since when were you the voice of everyone.

GB has a point, spending 30-60 mins in close intimate contact with a potential infected is far more likely to infect you than walking around a space where you probably try your best not to be jostling and can maintain 1-2 metres distance, and if you are wandering around you probably aren't touching much, especially if you're midful of current circumstances.

Granted you're "only" taking a chance on a single line of infection as against sharing space with hundreds/thousands of infection vectors and their histories.

Taking a punt is perhaps pulling the trigger once in Russian Roulette, fart arsing about with thousands in a crowded space for several hours interacting with objects is like walking through a sparse minefield.
