Just wanted to share my attempts and experience in Malta as there isn't a lot of recent info here. Visited Malta in Feb which is the quiet time. My holiday consisted of touristy things i.e. site seeing etc but I did managed to fit in a massage session.
Travel
Buses are cheap and regular. Winter fare is 1.5 euro for 2 hours Journey, Night time it is 2 euros. But these buses have so many stops and and takes forever. There is faster direct buses called TD(1,2,3..) which is 3 euros for 3 hours journey and it only stops in the main areas. I didn't use taxi so can't comment but used ecabs which is app based like Uber and i paid average of 12 euros per journey.
I stayed in St Paul's bay which I don't recommend if you are planning a punting trip. But its a nice and quiet area. No strip clubs, search consisted of around 8 profiles and no replies. There are lots of massage places (Thai and Chinese) but reading the reviews from here, I wasn't too keen. Prices were 35-40 euros for an hour. I did try to go in one of these massage places, it said open the light up sign but the door was locked so couldn't check out. My understanding is these massage places are run by one who is the owner and the masseuse. I attempted an out call to the hotel but I was quoted 150 euros for an hour plus her taxi, which i guess is similar prices here in the UK. So instead went to the bar and got drunk. I spoke to one local and i was told that Maltese girls are not easy to pull as they need to trust you and they take their time which i didn't had so no luck there.
The main concentration was in St Julian bay area. Lots of Massage places almost all of the SP are in this area but do be careful. I contacted few, their profile do have photos but when messaging (whtsapp) and asked for photo, they will send you completely different photos. Happened to be many times. So you wont know until you are actually there.
External Link/Members Only is the website I looked at. Their in call prices are between 100 - 120 euros for an hour and 150-200 euros for out calls. They did offer half hour for 50 euros in call but didn't try as their profile photo didn't match the photo they sent and i didn't wanted to be scammed. Paceville has so many strip clubs, but again strip clubs are no no as they tend to empty you account if you are not careful. I did see many street SP around the main party strip and few of them did look good.
Bare in mind, my attempts was in between site seeing, tours, drinking, relaxing.
I did manage do a massage before i headed to the airport.

Ukrainian, early 20s. Have photos and its 100% accurate. Can post it if you want me to. I was quoted 50 euros for 45 mins, which is little on expensive side i thought but went for it anyway as i had nothing to do between hotel check out and my flight. I was expecting to give tip for extras as usual massage places.
Got to the place and greeted by the girl on the photo. Went to the room and in the room there was massage table, Couch and a Jacuzzi bath and looked clean. She asked if i have been here before, my answer was no and she made it clear that there is no BJ or sex. I was told to strip off completely and lay down on the table. After few mins, she came in and stripped off to her underwear and bra which did surprise me. Massage was ok, she only did neck back shoulders and bum area for around 25 mins. no CC swipes. Asked me to turn around and straight into massage around the area and oily HJ without asking if i wanted anything extra. I asked if she did topless massage to which her reply was sure and took her bra off showing her handful breasts. But she wouldn't take the underwear off. Again being cheeky i asked if i could touch, she said yes but not pussy. I happily played with her breast and bum which she concentrated on oily finish. 15 mins or so of HJ, finally came all over her breasts and arms. I was thinking at this point if there is going to be extra charges on top of the quoted price. she cleaned up and got dressed while i washed off the oil in the jacuzzi bath. Got Dressed and she only asked for the quoted 50 euros for everything that was provided.
Overall, massage is ok, not the greatest but the finish was really enjoyable. I went happily to the airport.
It was winter and quite time but maybe things are different in summer time. Hopefully this review helps few people out who are planning to go to Malta.
