On one of those occasions it was really short notice, and going to central London takes time and costs money.

I thought about it, but since I'm undecided on whether to give it another try, I figured it would be best to wait a while as meeting her could very well change my rating.

In any case, the comment is there so those who read can at least have an alternative plan prepared.

Burying all the negs for unreliablibility on this one review means the scale of her behaviour is not readily apparent.
Each neg need only be as brief as "she has cancelled on me twice now, [both times I'd already begun my journey/I easily switched to plan B each time/I wasted my punting window]"
If you could spare enough time to shake your cock after pissing then you could also add "She was really apologetic / She offered to make it up / She ghosted me".

NONE of that is more onerous than writing the sentence you did above.

You can write the simple, brief neg in seconds.  You can then post another review after you get to meet her, perhaps even add what she said/did after you mentioned you'd been inconveniently cancelled twice before.
