Families, tourists, businessmen????? Do me a favour! Surely vast majority of clients are after a quick fuck with mistress, bit-on-the-side or escort. Obviously they will not say that on any pro-forma or questionnaire and will just say "business" instead. I suppose it suits hoteliers to trot out the line that it's all very chaste and above board in case the uptight moral majority start kicking off and creating a hoo-ha about seedy dirty men doing the unspeakable during daylight hours and within 1500yds of a school too!

I think you'll find most users will either be business people needing a room for a meeting
or travellers just arrived on a redeye flight who need to crash while recovering from jetlag

I think hotels must have a lot of rooms that are empty after someone has checked out and the next person doesn't check in until the evening so there is an opportunity to make some extra cash. Not sure the cleaning staff will be that keen though.  I guess while on tour or using a hotel it's best to pack the condoms, extra towels and dildos away when the room is being cleaned.

I've used hotels to freshen up, rest, catch a cat nap on the way to or around an event, sometimes on the way to a booking without it actually being there. So far booked. The overnight to have the option to stay over, but decided to drive back late instead.

As I sometimes say in relation to a variety of situations "It's not all shagging".

True, I've held business meetings and interviews in day use hotel rooms.  We wanted a venue away from the client's premises so we could really get into the issues.

I wish.  It was to put a troublesome project back on track and we didn't want to make the client aware of the review that was taking, so we took it off site so we could all talk freely.
