That's what I thought til I did it. Lois at SS has been recommended to me by various people. You can book her if you have a membership number which you have to go in and get. I did it, takes 2 mins. Once you've got that, you book over the phone, arrive on time and there's no waiting. TBH, the waiting room was full when I saw Suzi and it didn't bother me one bit - you're all doing the same thing. In fact I quite enjoyed it as I skipped the queue!!
