I'm guessing but it wasn't really a refusal - she just asked if it would be OK to put on a condom. I'm fairly indifferent between OW/OWO so wasn't going to make an issue of it.

Yes, definitely a filter. Saw her twice already, she is way nicer in natural than on the pictures. Skin smoothing, whitening and eye size increase are usually telltale signs of the "beautify" filters included on many Asian smartphones.
