Commiserations on a bad experience. We have all had them, sadly. That said, is should be (but often isn't) less of a risk with an agency. Or at least a good agency. Surely the whole point of an agency is to vet the girls and act as a filter. I thought exactly same as youve desrcribed, i think most uninitiated onlookers would assume that an agency sets standards and does its best to make sure the girls stick to them and takes care of its customers when things do go wrong.
However it has been pointed out in other Diva topics that Diva simply operates as an introductory agent and there is no semblance of setting standards and consequently no attempt to ensure the girls perform up to any standard. And this likely is a pragmatic attitude that reflects the reality.
There does seem to be some degree of attention to customer complaints so it will be interesting to see if Diva do anything to make up for the OPs horrendous experience here.
