I’ve seen this girl 4 times over the years (can’t believe I never provided a review- probably being selfish and keeping her to myself). Anyway never once had any problems with her. So like the OP I can’t see why there would be a negative against her. Perhaps you just didn’t click? And I know you’re paying so you’d not expect to have to click, but it can impact a service/experience.
