The day of appointment I logged back into AW and she hasn’t confirmed the booking. I sent her a text message confirming the meeting and asked if she can acknowledge the booking in AW. She replied with saying she couldn’t log on but confirmed with the appointment and said to ring when I arrive. ( I thought I was odd as she had logged on that day)
Appointment was booked for 2 hours at 6:30pm, I arrived at 6:20 and sent message, it got to 6:30 no reply so I rang her, no answer but did receive a text saying issue with room and house keeping are dealing with it. I text back saying what room number and I’ll wait, few minutes later she replied saying house keeping outside.
It got to 6:45 so I send a further text asking any news? 7pm arrived no text so I text her asking if appointment is still going a head. At 7:05 still no confirmation so I leave, she finally replied at 7:45pm saying her phone had locked and she was sorry.
Thought I would share my experience and has anyone else had similar?
