This is a disgrace for a service provide . She should not be working no wonder she tours . I have an idea who her friend is also not a good punt. She treated you like a piece of meat. I feel for you , for myself punting these days is limited due to funds , to be out pocket for 60 squid is not a good feeling  specially hard earn cash .
