There is no way. Remember that there are shades of grey between male and female - remember all that fuss recently about that female athlete? All males have some female characteristics and v.v.. Some females look and sound very masculine, for example.
As far as I am concerned, if it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, its a duck. If a girl looks like a girl, acts like a girl, and shags like a girl, what is the problem? I could understand you not wanting to shag someone who appears trans to you, but what is your issue with someone who you "legit cannot tell" that she's not female?
However, if every time you shag a Brazilian, you are going to be busy thinking to yourself "is she or isn't she?", then you are probably best avoiding them. Likewise Thais and other nationalities that some people seem to have a hangup over.
