Same, and the service (in my experience) is equivalent to that of the Romanian SP  :thumbsdown: Wonder if anybody has had similar encounters.

Services are basically on par with Romanian WG's these days. But you're more likely to find a quality gem in the Brazilian WG base compared to Romanian WG's. But that's all speculation, and just my unresearched opinion.

I've punted a LOT of Brazilians and I'd say the good service to bad service ratio is around 80/20.  You couldn't say that of Roms.
I think the reason why bad service of Brazilians is so noticeable is that when it's bad it's off the chart bad, no middle with them.  As I said, I've had some pretty GFE experiences and generous with time bookings, can't say that of Roms.
