Booking: via text, comms were a bit laborious, but appointment was made with what I thought was an understanding on the service.

As explained, she spontaneously offered it. I certainly did not and would never accept that. That's also why I didn't go for anything unprotected in her case. As she offered after I had paid, it was a bit difficult to leave as is. And of course, that's before I knew about the utterly crappy service.
