If they had the consideration to notify you before you travelled id say put it down to experience , sometimes things happen so punters cancel and vice versa, jmo.

Sounds a bit of a piss poor excuse IMO. Always easy to blame another party. Why didn't she suggest you go round anyway with the offer of a discount? Regarding a review I wouldn't think it harsh if you posted a neg or neutral to highlight the incident. However, you may want to keep your powder dry if you want to rebook the duo.

So the info I got was she was called Louise. I wasn't provided with an AW link. I asked for a description and was told she was 21, red hair, petite with small tits.
