This place has been reviewed several times on here, with mixed opinions. One review stated that it was a "full service" place. Another stated that it was under new ownership and had "gone legitimate". Anyway, as I had a few free hours in the area, I thought I'd give it a try for myself.
But first of all, here is the Gumtree link:

The outside looks just like it does on Google street View, even down to the rather nasty colour its painted. Inside is typical of these sort of places: a small reception leading to a couple of cell-like massage rooms containing little more than a narrow massage table.
I opted for a one hour massage. This cost me £50, which is rather more than I am used to paying. The "going rate" normally seems to be between £35 and £45 these days.
The masseuse assigned to me was slim, but not in her first flush of youth by any means. I think she said her name was Lucy, but I may have got that wrong.
She gave me a decent (but hardly erotic) massage, and after about 30 minutes she put her hand between my legs and flicked my balls lightly a couple of times.
She then asked me to turn over, and raised the subject of extras. It was £30 for had relief, or £50 for topless. Foolishly, I went for the £50 option. She had a nice pair of tits. But they weren't worth £20 to fondle or ogle. But that was all I could do with them.
Naked massage or body-to-body were not available. And full service--not a chance!
She wanked me off competently. But a woman has to be pretty hopeless not to know how to do this!
The "killer" was that despite the premium price I had paid, I got little more than 30 minutes worth of massage. In effect, I was swindled.
So, in sum: a mediocre massage; high prices; not getting anything approaching the time paid for. What's not to dislike?
Would I return or recommend the place? Do I really need to answer that?!

£35?  Rare, very rare. I don't think I've ever paid £35 in a shop.

£40 if I"m lucky but more often £45 these days. Occasionally £50 but that tends to be in posher places, e.g. Bath, Winchester etc.

Massage shops are for .... massage. I wouldn't expect it to be erotic in the first half hour ... some girls will "test the waters" early on in the session but most Chinese will provide a massage before "asking the question" half way through ... Thai ladies often wait until the very end and just say something like "anything else you like massaged?"

Why do guys go to Massage shops anticipating FS? It's still rare, sometimes available because "certain ladies do" but not necessarily because a shop does.

Massage shops don't advertise "extra" services. How sensual a massage is, what is offered depends on the lady and the rapport you build up with her.

If you want a "menu" type availability of services then AW/Vivastreet is where you'll find it.

To go to a Massage shop expecting anything more than a Massage is a recipe for disappointment. Yes, HE will probably be available, sometimes B2B but expect no more .... it's rare.

For the record, my previous visit to a Thai place (in Manchester) had cost £35 for an hour in a fairly smart place. and a few weeks earlier I had paid the same amount in (a Chinese "wank shop") in Wolverhampton. I would agree, however that the norm is a bit higher: £40 or £45 depending on area. But I do feel £50 is at the upper end of expectations. If you only get 30 minutes' worth of service for it, it is way beyond the upper range of expectations.
I also agree that "full service" is uncommon to rare. But it was mentioned on this very site (which as we all know is 100% reliable) so I was curious to find out what was actually on offer. The answer was not much for rather a lot of money.
I've got bored with these sort of places. Overcharging seems endemic. So you won't be getting any more reviews of them from me for quite a while!
