Location. A small flat close to the centre of York. The postcode covers a lot of properties, but easy enough to find once directions are provided. Parking in York is a nightmare, and will get worse if they ban cars. I was lucky to find a space which cost me a fiver, but acceptable in the grand scheme of things. The Park & Ride (snigger!) would be a good option. The flat was clean and tidy-ish, but obviously Gothy and lived in, not just working premises. Another rubbish shower, but clean and did the job.
