Long story short .. I just saw this as well. It seems to be a new feature which also prevents tracking the same poster, as when they repost an ad in a new city, the previous link will not work. In which case we can only use the phone number and profile screenshot/pictures to track.

With some ads you can still see the poster ID, maybe the poster now has the possibility to switch off the visibility of the ID.
