Insert image gives you two sets of square brackets, one with img and one with /img inside. You have to find the URL – web address – of the online image you want to post (right-click on it and one of the options will copy it to your clipboard). Then paste this URL between the two sets of brackets.

Then use Preview to check that it's working OK before you post.

If you're trying to copy image URLs from Adultwork you need to install something to override the site's copyright protection message that disables right-click.

Alternatively, use the Attach Image button to find a pic you have already downloaded to your computer (I've never tried this on a phone so don't know how that works). A dialog box pops up and you have to steer it to wherever you have stored the image. A small version of this will appear below your post and people can click on it to see the full-size version.

It works the same way to attach. Once an image is downloaded via Android (tablet/phone).
