Location: Hidden in plain sight, busy area, lots of people, easy parking in the shops nearby.
Venue: Clearly a home, complete with pets and a lot of DIY in process. Perhaps a bit untidy, but not grubby.

Service: Sam is a talker, seemed a tad nervous/self conscious, eager to please, maybe slightly sub. Having put the world to rights and paid it was time to start, Sam got the gist as I started waving the old man at her.
Oral was enthusiastic, sloppy and deep. Perhaps she is used to getting with the blow and go quickie pace and for me started too quick and enthusiastic. Asked her to slow it all down and she did, resulting in a good oral/hand session.
Bagged up and swapped to doggy, cowgirl. To cut a long story short, we had some banter throughout the meet and some laughter,so I managed to lose the wood in an interlude and we took a minute.
Revived with some more oral, finished with a mix of oral and hands like a fountain.
She cleaned me up and I left.
30 mins, to be honest, I didnt check and wasnt rushed out, for £50 its good VFM.
