Ok, my final comment on this thread, which has now become silly, I had one full refund on a very bad punt and one part refund on this one, thanks for your interest.

The 20 minutes was in response to Goldenbull who I thought was asking about my full refund, on a totally different punt, this one was nearly the full hour and I felt strongly enough to complain to the agency, with whom I spend a lot and got half my money back. Is that clear?
