In a nutshell, I was left hanging in a motorway services car park for almost 40 minutes so I quit my losses and left without meeting Jenna. I admit that this is therefore probably the most generous spirited 'neutral' ever awarded. But hey, it's my first review, it was a relatively last minute arrangement, I'm quite an understanding dude and who knows, maybe there were extraneous circumstances. Unwell? A personal drama? Maybe she couldn't tear herself away from the Johnson v Corbyn live TV debate? A bit more detail: I called on a whim, at a loose end towards the end of a car journey and Jenna answered. Had a perfectly pleasant phone manner. From her voice, not as young as profile suggests...more early-mid 20s but definitely English...I'd say classic north London. Agreed to meet an hour later at 7pm. Initial warning/flaky signs when the address details didn't come through via text as promised. I called back 15 minutes later to check and re-arrange for 7.30pm due to traffic - she was fine about this and the deets came through (something or other about no credit on work phone...yawn). Further away than anticipated...a hotel at a services just outside of London. I arrived on the dot but phone calls went unanswered for 10 minutes until she picked up in a slightly nonplussed manner and "I'll be five minutes." Called back 10 minutes later. "I'll text you the room number in two minutes". Nothing for the next 15 minutes so I made alternative arrangements in nearby Watford and made my getaway. The inevitable "I'm ready" text arrived about 45 minutes after I had originally pitched up followed by a "where are you?" and a missed call. Hard to measure the indignity levels but I sent a neutral, no blame, no hard feelings response explaining she'd delayed far too long and that was that. Make of it what you will.
