Comms very quick,sent text asking for 1hour incall for next day she replied in 10 minutes with postcode.
Arrived at location sent text no reply waited 5 minutes then called no answer tried a couple more times then thought fuck it and left  :thumbsdown:

What a load of bollocks. Something along the lines of "I'm very sorry I was unavailable for your appointment. May I try to make it up to you by offering £40 off if you wish to rebook for an hour. I understand if you choose not to rebook so I can only apologise again" would have been better.

Didn’t you check in the morning or just before setting up that all was ok for the meeting.  By what you wrote you made an arrangement the day before and no communication since. Best to check On the day

Of course wrong of her to oversleep , or any other excuse used
