Thanks for your review.  You sound like an energetic guy.  For my money a SP communicating fatigue to you (she is earning £120 an hour for Christ's sake) and asking for a rest during the session, on your time, is a no-no.  You could have reasonably asked for an extension of the session as well as a refund of the extra you paid for but did not receive.  I am interested to hear if I am alone on this and other views.
