Oh, that's unfortunate. I've been meeting her regularly since the start of the year. She has been unwell a number of times with various things that I've known about so my thinking is those were genuine reasons. She's not the type to cancel because something better comes up (more ££) like some WGs, because she has another career and only works a handful of times a week as far as I'm aware. And if she offered to give you a reduced rate the next time then that's pretty reasonable too. But obviously it's frustrating if someone cancels more than once. Shame you had a bad experience.
