Not risky at all. You certainly can’t catch Chlamydia from a snog

You could possibly catch herpes (cold sores) from kissing, even if the wg doesn't have a visible cold sore at the time (herpes can shed virus even when there is no sore). Not a serious illness for most people, but as it's incurable, it's something to consider.
