After two good meets the first of which I positively reviewed on here it’s disappointing to be leaving a negative so soon after.

Meet was arranged on the day by text, not very long before the actual meet time. Carla replied quickly agreeing to the time I’d suggested and said she’d see me later.

She didn’t see me later because she didn’t respond to my “I’m here” text, nor the phone call 5 minutes later, or the “I can only wait 10 more minutes” text five minutes after that. I’d received confirmation the messages were delivered to her phone so she basically ignored them. No subsequent apology or reason given, just complete radio silence.

So if you’ve arranged a meet with this one, even at short notice, be prepared to be let down.

Disappointing after 2 good meets but 2 out of 3 aint that bad.

I made a booking with Carla which she cancelled on the day. As Tom Jones said sadly its not unusual and many good girls are disorganised with chaotic lives.

I’ve no issue if someone cancels but she really pissed me off because

a) the meet was only arranged a couple of hours before time

b) She’d seen me twice before without issues so she pretty much knew I’d turn up

c) she knew I had to travel to get there - an 80 mile round trip and a couple of hours of my time wasted. I don’t know why wg’s think it’s only their time that’s important. They’re quick enough to moan when their time gets wasted.

d) I know she received my two texts I sent when I got there, plus I phoned which went to voicemail - there is literally no excuse for radio silence, or for not letting me know she had to cancel. 

If she can’t organise herself enough to cope with a short notice booking then it proves she’s totally unreliable and people need to know it’s a good possibility that they’ll be let down.

I have sympathy Al, but there's reports on here about her being tipsy/drunk during bookings. When a WG is operating in that fashion then I certainly wouldn't class them as reliable, and I wouldn't set out on an 80 mile round trip to see them (without a plan b, of course).

Your review is valuable as it highlights her underlying callous nature, as demonstrated by not even giving you the decency of a reply to your texts/voicemail.

I was aware of the report of being tipsy, all I can say to that is she wasn’t on either of the previous meets and her comms had previously been good - as they were when I made the initial enquiry.

I know the wasted miles etc., are my problem not hers, I had tried unsuccessfully to arrange something more local and rather than travel to someone unknown to me I decided to try Carla who I would normally only see when I’m working in the area. Lesson learned and I’ll not be bothering her again.

Very rare for me to do that, and it’s only because I had a perfect punting opportunity and couldn’t sort anything locally. Anyway all’s well that ends well, had a great punt this afternoon 

Didn’t know Stockport had any great sights - certainly not on a dark rainy Saturday night!

I wasn't too disappointed when my booking was cancelled as I was in the area anyway and girls on AW are often unreliable so it wasn't entirely unexpected.

But I agree you after 2 meets it was unexpected and you should have at least got an apology and cancellation.

Indeed - I usually don’t set off until I’ve checked the meet is going ahead. I didn’t do that this time because it was arranged at short notice and I only just had time to get home from where I was to get ready, then set off to get there in time. I won’t make that mistake again.
