I'm from east London and I had to travel all the way to the other side of London ( Heathrow), it took me almost 2 hours to get there by train.
When I arrived I checked the map on my phone and i realized the Hotel is nowhere near Heathrow airport it's much further away. I had to take a Cab all the way to the Hotel. Cab man was speeding on the highway and it still took 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel. Very far
Inside the Black Cab, I was getting disappointed because the price was going up almost to 20 pounds, don't know if the Cab man changed his rates because of my accent. He probably thought I'm a tourist just arrived in the country. Total Rip off
Eventually, I arrived at the Hotel around 11pm , Very beautiful Hotel. It looks like a Mini House house.
I called Chloe- No answer
I text her - no answer
I was wondering whats going on? Maybe she is with a punter. So I decided to stay at the hotel Reception to wait. After 30 mins I called and text again, she replied this time telling me to wait. I was so excited to see her I stayed for another 30 minutes. I called and texted her again - no answer.
Now I'm getting worried and around midnight my phone battery runs out. I have no charger, I asked the hotel staff for a charger but they do not have a charger for my phone type.
I walked out of the hotel and I went to Mcdonalds across the road. Lucky for me that Mcdonalds Had one of them Magnets to charge the phone but it charges very slow. Charged my phone around 3 percent, I switched and i managed to write down her number on a piece of paper.
I went back to the hotel and I asked the staff if I can make a phone call and they allowed me.
Phoned Chloe constantly for 10 minutes. She never answered. So I decided to leave.
Very disappointing, I will never go to Heathrow ever again.
