Diva used to keep records of who punters saw, could recall details and know if you're a regular.  KT and other regulars can say if this is still their practice.  Discounting for regulars etc.

Aside:
Olina keep records of all their punters and who they see, probably have dated info as they can tell if you're recent and if you're regular.  They may also be making notes as they seem to recall details.
