1&1/2 hrs = £150

Why do you think it's her arithmetic rather than how she wants to price the different times? Doesn't have to be a simple multiplication.

Or she really doesn't like doing more than an hour but realises there is a strong demand for it from a few clients so prices accordingly.
Or she meant to put £150 in the 2 hour box.

It's probably a simple case of either missing out the 1 & a half hour price or not realising there was that price slot available.

To me, premium charge like this for 90 mins suggests they expect you out the door after pop 1.
And your expectation of 90 mins suggests effort required.
