I arrived in phuket on just prior to Christmas and will be here until end of Feb. The Island is fairly steady with activity and tourism but nowhere near as busy as it was in 2019/20. The travel process was testing but hats off to phuket airport they were fast, friendly and efficient at processing everyone on arrival, I was off the plane, bought a local SIM card, collected bags, through all checks, immigration and PCR test on arrival within an hour of landing. One night in Naiyang hotel close by until test result came through and off to explore……
Naiyang has a low key night life with a range of shops, bars, massage parlours and restaurants at the far end of the beach road there is a Soi where you can find an assortment of bar and massage girls to keep you entertained. 400THB for an oil massage 500/600 THB for HE, 600/80O THB for BJ and between 1000/1400THB for Boom Boom.
Kamala was interesting, much quieter than previous years, but the beach road takes you past at least half a dozen massage parlours, the girls are obviously quiet, they lively and keen for customers. Similar pricing to Naiyang but more choice.
I’m heading to Phuket Town where there are some interesting places around Ponpoon Road. I’ll feed some more in shortly.
