There's always some prick that does that and it would be annoying, but so what? There's always someone who has to review first. Why not you?

FWIW, she's got some AW feedback from genuine-looking punters so likely not a scam. I get a chavvy vibe about the profile but that doesn't mean she isn't a good punt. Without much else to go on, I'd probably test out the water with a 15 min punt to see if I wanted to go for longer another time.

I qualify for the age requirments but there's something about her profile that puts me off, it's the remarkably shit pictures actually.
