Welcome! I’d say in London now, you’re looking at £400-£700 for 90% of the okay to good looking girls in their 20s and early 30s. There will be some that ask for £1k plus, these are either serious pros or just deluded. Sadly the days of £250-£300 are largely gone, unless you want to go older or less good looking.

As for overnight, I think this realistically depends on the girl. The less experienced ones may be up for overnighting if you come across as normal and want to go for dinner etc.. the more experienced ones will either charge more or just say no, as they don’t think it’s worth it.

Start small. 1-2 hours that you’re comfortable with. No need for overly flash hotel, fit for purpose, they don’t appreciate it. 
Agree things in advance.
Save a trail of messages that can be used to evidence both your proposals.
Pay at the end. If she’s an insists on money upfront look elsewhere.

I genuinely prefer meeting SB’s rather than escorts. Although there’s a thin line between them these days.

No intel but I see no reason it can't be true.  Under 25s, especially the pretty ones, can just be hard to get. There's a lot of competition and it's not just on seeking but however many other platforms they're talking to guys on. So they typically have the most options, shortest attention span, and often times I've found, the most cognitive dissonance about selling their body. They may have been on there for ages, but have they actually met anyone? So it can take a bit of a softly softly approach. And the chance you'll get flaked on or ghosted or trumped by a better offer is not low. The game is the game...
