Just don't give them WG mentality, so don't  ask them for AW terminology like asking them for CIM, OWO and other acronyms. Most of those young 18-24 are inexperienced. Also in general they can't accommodate so if you can't bring them to your place, then include hotel + drinks/dinner too. And most of them expect an Uber in both ways.
