After reading all the great reviews, I very much wanted to try this service. Especially as I like a massage table, I find it much more comfortable. Messaged and all booked up for a Sunday afternoon and confirmed via WhatsApp. I don’t live in the UK, so when I’m here I like my time to count. Anyway, could have punted as well but I blew that off to meet Diana. I messaged the day before and no response. Then yesterday as I tried to get confirmation and address, no response. Then tried calling a few times. Bearing in mind that my appointment was supposed to be at 6pm, I received a text at 5:45 saying “I don’t work at the weekend”. I have a text conversation with 20 responses confirming things, she could have confirmed prior to that. No apology or anything!! As with everyone else, I don't like having my time wasted, but these trips are not so frequent, so I like to make them count!

She’s gonna have to change her communication skills if she is to say in business.

I first saw Diana 18 months ago and have done FR. In all that time I have never known her to work on a Sunday. So perhaps you were mistaken in thinking you had a booking.

Your review says Diane offers B2B only, no exceptions, whereas a poster on another related thread says she allows reverse massage including RO, as you seem to be a regular, can you confirm this ?

She does go cold turkey from time to time; usually due to accommodation issues; which has pissed me off in the past, but she’s well worth a visit if you ever get a chance. And yes, YMMV.

I'm not white-knighting folks, BUTT I don't get the point of reviewing an SP negative simply because she didn't respond to a text or a call.

As stated she maybe off, fully booked, looking for accommodation or experiencing a life event.

IMO take a chill pill and keep trying, this wont be the first time a well reviewed SP will act -up due to popularity or she probably getting more work than she can handle.

If the OP had a confirmed advanced booking and the SP didn't honour it or cancel in good time then that's a straight negative for me.

I had a confirmation date, time and day of the week. I’m not new to this and know how to be clear in my communications! She said yes, one week out and then from the Friday prior, failed to return any message or answer the phone. If that isn’t a negative, then I don’t know what is. I tried to rebook for today or tomorrow, and no response again. Comma are a sham, which is a shame, cause I was quite looking forward to it to be honest. I won’t be attempting again though. Just been to see Carina, for whom I have done a review previously so won’t review again, but this girl is amazing.
