Location: is in the advert. It's a quiet street off the main road, not overlooked and there aren't many people about. I parked in Lidl car park a few minutes walk away - if your on public transport the main Swalwell Monument bus stops are about the same distance away.
I arrived spot on time, using the door next to the pet shop that I'd used the previous time, but on entering there was no-one about. After a couple of minutes the door I'd just come through opened (at which point I was dreading meeting another visitor) but a diminutive girl came in and asked if was her appointment. Confirmed, she told me that it was next door (in the shop) and we walked there - on arrival I was asked to sit in the waiting area (a couple of seats in the window) as the previous visitor hadn't left.
