Luxembourg city is a bit of a strange place.
At the top end very expensive escorts through the escort sites.
At the lower end a range of street walkers in the streets opposite the station - Rue d'Eperney and surrounding streets.
North of the station there are some fleapits along Rue fort Neipperg which are the typical bars that fleece you by having to buy expensive drinks etc.
