The clue should have been in the title. Visited last week, looks like recently moved to these parts.

Comms good ,but downhill thereafter . Hard to find and parking a mare . Lacking any chemistry from the get go,or any attempt at making it a half way memorable experience. Took a call from daughter to say Mummy is working, advertised as 25. Put another 15 years on at least, although still pretty with a fine enhanced rack.
