I can imagine that you got all the details at once since the only downside I can think of from this location is the phone signal is absolutely dreadful; it's good that she's got the brain to think of that too.

From a punting point of view, it seems an ideal set up.  I did think it was odd to be so trusting with the room number, but the phone signal issue maybe explains that.
