Gonna try answer the various questions that have come up.

Venue is safe. It's actually in a posher part of NW London. Her flat is just in a challenging location if you're trying to go incognito

English very good. Hygiene was also excellent. Her shower is actually better than her bedroom. I usually find it's the other way round. Plenty of toiletries in her bedroom and bathroom to use. The towel I was given was fresh and clean.

I'm pretty sure I her at least couple of years back when she was £70 at the well known tottenham hale place.
