I am due to be having a very high risk operation, I am the sort of person, who takes a risk rather than just accept normal treatment, which would certainly limit me more than I’m prepared to accept.

Obviously whilst I still can punt, I am asking for advice as to who you would choose as potentially your last punt.

I have a couple already lined up, but would hate to have missed someone.
